Step 1 - Discovery

Project Audit & Consultation

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your business needs and determine the best approach.

Discovery Consulting (5-10 Hours)

This step ensures a clear project scope, cost estimate, and strategic direction before moving forward. We conduct:
✔ Research – Your business, goals, audience, and competition.
✔ Strategy Planning – Defining project needs, functionality, and branding considerations.
✔ Cost & Timeline Estimate – Ensuring transparency and avoiding surprises.

Why is this necessary?

Even if you know what you want, our Discovery phase:

  1. Helps us recommend the most cost-effective solution.

  2. Ensures your project has a strong foundation for growth.

  3. Provides a clear estimate before committing to a full project.

Proposal & Next Steps

At the end of Discovery, we provide a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, cost, and timeline. You're free to move forward with us or take the plan elsewhere. If you hire us, the Discovery fee is credited toward your project.

Step 2 - Create

Branding & Design

If your project involves branding, we develop:
✔ Creative Brief – Outlining vision, goals, and brand positioning.
✔ Logo Concepts – Custom logo design (3-5 initial concepts).
✔ Brand Board – Including logo variations, color palette, typography, and visual style guide.

Website Design

If your project involves web design, we focus on:
✔ Information Architecture – Organizing site content, defining the sitemap, and structuring user flow.
✔ Wireframes – Laying out content, messaging, and calls-to-action for approval.
✔ Website Design – Designing homepage & key pages before development.

📌 Content Development: If you’re providing content, we work with the developers to integrate it. If you need content created, we collaborate with trusted copywriters for separate copywriting services.

🚨 Note: We specialize in web design but do not handle development or ongoing maintenance. If needed, we collaborate with trusted developers
to bring your site to life.

Step 3 - Launch & Beyond

Website Handoff & Coordination

Once designs are approved, we work with a developer (yours or one of our trusted partners) to ensure seamless implementation. You’ll receive:
✔ A beta test site for final approval.
✔ Developer guidance for launch.
✔ (Optional) Maintenance plans available through the development team.

Additional Brand & Marketing Materials
Need support beyond your website? We can design:
✔ Business cards, letterhead, & PowerPoint templates.
✔ Social media graphics, email templates, & online ads.
✔ Brochures, sales sheets, packaging, & signage.
